As we broaden our view of innovation beyond the Web, we see fascinating changes happening in every sector. Some industries are changing faster than others, and some are ripe for innovation, but could use some catalyst. In that vein, we are excited to announce the 2nd Real Cocktail Baltimore event, on July 28th where development theory meets development practice.
This Real Cocktail event aims to connect the innovators in real estate with policymakers and academics in order to promote dialogue and creative development in urban planning. Traditionally, there has been a disconnect between theory and practice – this evening of speakers and mingling aims to bridge that gap by providing an open forum to discuss innovation, planning, and policy within the real estate industry.
